Rebecca & Roy are historians, storytellers and film makers. We are passionate about documenting your family history. My dad spent untold hours & years behind an 8mm home movie camera capturing every little detail of my childhood life... documenting everything from family holidays to my sports injuries... from my own special days such as my boy scout award ceremonies and me shaking hands with the 1961 New York Yankees...yea Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Whitey Ford & Yogi Berra . I cherish those films now more than any other treasure my dad left for me. Your family will treasure your video memories as well.

Tamarack's own History:
Before Tamarack opened it's doors in 2009, Roy worked for PBS TV, CBS TV News, & ABC TV News for close to twenty years and before that was the studio manager & chief video engineer of the only public access TV studio in the world in... 1976. Our roots go back into the dark ages of analog 2" Quad video tape, B&W video cameras and telecine machines, that were all the rage then.
The only digital equipment back then in my studio was the light switch! Now we do it all digital. Using top of the line hardware & software our relatively small "shop" has more technical & creative power in just one of our computers than we had in the multi- million Professional TV production studio that I worked in during the 1980's.
